Sale of Group shareholdings in Tangenziale Esterna and Tangenziale Esterna di Milano

Rome, 13 May 2024 - Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. informs that it has reached an agreement for the sale to the ASTM Group of the shares held by the ASPI Group in the capital of Tangenziale Esterna S.p.A. (TE) and in the capital of the TE holding company, Tangenziale Esterna di Milano S.p.A. as well as the shareholders’ loan held by the ASPI Group against TE.
