Antitrust and Consumer Protection Guideline of the ASPI Group
The Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. Group (hereinafter also referred to as "ASPI") considers the principles of free competition and consumer protection paramount and sets them as the bedrock of its corporate culture.
To this end, it has adopted the Policy attached, which constitutes the foundation of the ASPI Group's broader 'Antitrust Compliance and Consumer Protection Programme', in harmony with its own characteristics and with the peculiarities of the markets in which it operates, as well as in accordance with the 'Antitrust Compliance Guidelines' issued by the Italian Competition Authority (hereinafter also referred to as 'AGCM') on 25 September 2018, and taking due account of national and international best practices.
