2. TYPES OF DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY USERS/VISITORS - PURPOSES
2.1. No personal data is acquired by the Website unless voluntarily provided by you. As a user/visitor connecting to the Website, should you provide your personal data to access specific services, to make a request and/or send a communication via e-mail, such data shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested service or handling the request/communication, as indicated in the relevant Information Notices.
In particular, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails through the web channels made available by ASPI on the Website (by way of example, but not limited to: info@autostrade.it, segnalazioniaccessibilita.aspi@autostrade.it), to provide communications and requests, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address, as well as any other personal data included in the communication, necessary to reply to the requests received. Such personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of allowing ASPI, the Data Controller, to respond to any questions and requests for clarification received, as well as to receive suggestions or handle communications concerning a complaint. In the event of any requests/communications involving the processing of special categories of data, pursuant to Article 9 GDPR (e.g., health data), ASPI shall process such data as indicated in the specific Information Notices and, where necessary, only with your express consent, or with the express consent of any family member specifically delegated to do so.

Within Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A., only the persons entrusted with the processing by the Data Controller and authorised to carry out such operations within the scope of the aforementioned activities may become aware of the personal data provided.
The aforementioned data may come to be known to third parties (parent/subsidiary companies involved or third-party companies) required to process the information for the same purposes as those set out in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 above, who are, for this purpose, appointed “Data Processors”.
No user/visitor’s personal data shall be disseminated, under any circumstances.
7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, you, as Data Subject, may obtain data access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent and portability of your data from the Data Controller.
You also have the right to object to the processing. Should you decide to exercise the right to object to the processing, the Data Controller reserves the right not to process your request, or continue its processing, if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedom as data subject.
