The Action Plans
The Action Plans aim at managing the problems of noise pollution and related effects, including its reduction if necessary.
Autostrade per l’Italia has worked out the action plans following the requisites laid down in Annex 5 of Legislative Decree No. 194 for all of its managed motorway sections, fully acknowledging the PCARs sworked out in compliance with the current national legislation. The results of the action plans have been sent to the competent bodies (agglomerates, regional administrations and Environment Ministry) to allow the National Action Plan to be worked out.
The Action Plans are recalculated whenever substantial developments influence the existing contexts and, in all cases, on a five-yearly basis.
