Information to the Public

One of Directive 2002/49/CE’s main purposes is to make publicly available (physical and legal individuals, associations, organisations etc.) the information on the current environmental conditions in regard to noise pollution, any planned improvement actions and expected benefits.

Autostrade per l’Italia makes available online the information regarding the mapping and the Action Plans for all the sections under its licence. It has also rolled out a system of communication by email to the address piani.end@autostrade.it for receiving and acknowledging any comments from the public submitted by 14/07/08 that may be useful for updating the Action Plans.

Notice of giving availability online of the information and related consultation procedures has been given by Autostrade per l’Italia by press publication in Italy’s leading national daily papers.
